Ingredients
- 2 Cups Oat
- 1-⅓ Cups Eggs/Egg White (50/50)
- 2 Cups Cottage Cheese (Good Culture)
- ¾ TSP Vanilla
- 24 drops of Stevia liquid (No sweetener for babies)
- ¼ TSP Baking Soda
- ¼ TSP Baking Powder
- ¼ TSP Cinnamon
- Zest of 1 Orange or Lemon
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients
- Cook on a nonstick pan with ghee, coconut oil or butter. (Low and slow is best)
- Enjoy!!!

Leftovers? Cool in the fridge, freeze and for future snacks!!! Just pop into the toaster!
