Blender Protein Pancakes

Ready in 20 minutes

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Oat   
  • 1-⅓ Cups Eggs/Egg White (50/50)
  • 2 Cups Cottage Cheese (Good Culture)
  • ¾ TSP Vanilla
  • 24 drops of Stevia liquid (No sweetener for babies)
  • ¼ TSP Baking Soda
  • ¼ TSP Baking Powder
  • ¼ TSP Cinnamon 
  • Zest of 1 Orange or Lemon 

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients
  2. Cook on a nonstick pan with ghee, coconut oil or butter. (Low and slow is best)
  3. Enjoy!!!

Tips

Leftovers? Cool in the fridge, freeze and for future snacks!!! Just pop into the toaster!
